In business since 1992, we serve Buncombe, Madison, and surrounding counties with over 36 years of experience in all phases of construction for any residential or commercial buildings. We have an experienced, in-house designer, to help customers make the right decisions from the beginning to avoid costly mistakes. Asheville Construction, Inc. is a member of the BBB, AHBA, NAHB, NCHBA, SBIC & WNCGBC.
To support our belief in sustainable, renewable and green building techniques we have been a member of the Western North Carolina Green Building Council (WNCGBC) since shortly after it's conception and the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council (SBIC). The Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA) has a new Remodeling Council that we have contributed to on a number of projects supporting better energy usage by low income families with the Insulate program in conjunction with Warren Wilson College. We are also a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB) and recently been certified as an EPA NC Lead Paint Certified Renovator.

ACI has an excellent network of quality subcontractors that assist in every phase of the project. Our hands-on supervision of these subcontractors insures that our customers get what they pay for in terms of craftsmanship and quality. We believe in our motto of trying to "Keep it Local" and can provide a list of local realtors (to help in finding land), local brokers and banking institutions (for financing), and local suppliers (with nationwide connections) for innovative and state of the art materials.

28 years building in the Asheville area as a carpenter with 18 years in business starting as Custom Construction Corporation in August 1992 changed to match the website name in 2006. |

Designing and building new homes, remodels and room additions.
I have much blueprint reading and estimating experience to either use your existing plans or generate new ones with use of innovative state of the art materials. |

I started in 1974 as an apprentice carpenter in S. Calif. completing a 4yr program in 2.5yrs, moving to WNC in 1983. I love the outdoors and building things, so construction is a natural line of work for me. |

We stand out when compared to other builders overhead costs, speed of service and local connections. Our craftsmanship and quality is unsurpassed by other general contractors, having wonderful subcontractors to work by our side. |
